What an Experience!
As seen on cars.com: From the moment I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted and
introduced to Ernesto Rodriquez. At first I was apprehensive. Being that
I had had bad experiences buying a car in the past. This time, it was
different. Ernesto was very knowledgable about the cars that I was
interested in and he was very patient with me. This buying experience
was painless and pleasant. Ernesto treated me with respect and made me
feel like I was a most important customer of his. The vehicle I
purchased needed a small modification and Ernesto advised for me to take
it into their service dept. Here is were I expected to be disappointed.
On the contrary, not only did they do a great job on my vehicle,
everyone was so nice to me. To my surprise, Ernesto shows up at the
service center to check up on me and my vehicle and it was his day off! I
recommend Sansone Jr. Dealership and Ernesto Rodriquez for their

Excellence @ 66 Auto Mall with Ernesto Rodriguez!
When we went to the dealership we were introduced to Ernesto Rodriguez; a
real professional. It was our first time at Sansone Jr's 66 Auto Mall
in Neptune. My husband and I were given exclusive and undivided
attention. Mr. Rodriguez made us feel welcomed and very much at home.
Additionally, he made us feel worthy to make a purchase and ensured that
we would receive excellent service...which we did indeed receive. Mr.
Rodriguez was not only informative, but resourceful. You also have a
very good team that makes the entire purchase experience smooth. I am
very happy with the purchase that we recently made and with the APR rate
that was presented to us from the bank. He truly worked very diligently
to make sure that we received the best deal. The customer service that
we continue to receive from Mr. Rodriguez is second to none. I will,

From the first telephone conversation until the day I walked into the

A+ For Sansone Jr's Automall, Neptune
Everyone was professional, friendly and well mannered. My salesperson,
Cathy Traub, and sale's manager Gene, did everything to get me into the
car I wanted by answering all my questions and making me fell confident
in my purchase. Cathy Traub is a good saleswoman, she put me at ease and
found the right vehicle for me. Lorenzo Isidoro, in the finance
department, answered all my questions in a professional manner and was a
real gentleman, which is rare these days. Remy Ortiz, who delivers and
explains the many options on the Sorento SX is very knowledgeable and
took the time on his day off to answer questions I had after my
purchase. (I did not realized I had called his cell phone and it was his
day off.) I have bought many new cars in my lifetime, from Volvo's to
Toyota's and have encountered many rude pushy salespeople that just
confuse you. This is not the case at 66 Sansone Jr's Automall. I will be
replacing my second car, a Volvo, in a few years and will definitely
consider going back to see Cathy Traub at 66 Sansone. And will be
recommending Cathy Traub to friends and family of mine. I have not
serviced the Kia Sorento SX yet. I am hoping to have just as pleasant of
an experience. I will be doing a follow-up survey at that time. I give
66 Sansone Jr's Automall a thumbs up.

The Most Pleasant Car Buying Experience!!!
First and foremost,I would like to thank MERCEDES,ERNESTO and JASON for
going the distance so that I could go home(that Friday night)with a
car.I came across several reviews about how Rent2Own program changed
their lives.I never heard of such program before.Just like everyone
else,I have gone through a tough time especially last year.For months I
went to several dealerships and walking away humiliated and
disrespected.I was already losing hope,not knowing how I will be able to
get a car.I went to Sansone Jr's that Friday night,arriving an hour
before they close.I was greeted by Mercedes and I told her my
situation.She told me she will not allow me to go home without a car.I
was thinking,how?I was introduced to Ernesto,who asked for what I was
looking for in a car.He came back and told me that I may get a brand new
car.I can't believe it,I asked him "seriously?"he said yes!I got
emotional and started crying.Ernesto and Jason assured that it is a
brand new car.Mercedes told me that hardship should not discriminate
anyone from getting a car especially when you really need it.They are
very professional,the whole process was no hassle.Also,as a member of
the US Armed forces,I have never been treated more with respect.For
anyone out there looking to buy a car and hoping to be treated right,go

Customer service made the sale
I have been shopping for a new car for 3 months and when I had it down
to 3 different manufacturers I began the test drives. While the product
itself did play a large part in my decision, it was the team at Sansone
Jr's. that sealed the deal. They were professional, direct and to the
point and in no way did I feel that I was being taken advantage of. I
have a Kia dealer 4 miles from my home. I chose Sansone Jr's., which is
50 miles away for a reason; their team.

I would like to congratulate you and thank you personnally for the wonderful experience I had recently purchasing a car because of Ernesto Rodriguez. Mr Rodriguez had just sold my son a car a week or so before I came to the dealership. My sales person was Ernesto Rodriguez and what a wonderful gentleman he is. I never felt pressured by him at all. He took his time to answer anything I needed to know. I think we all know going to a dealership to buy a new car can be very stressful. Mr. Rodriguez made my experience pleasurable and actually fun with him and Jason. He should be commended for his outstanding service, and his personable ways . I only hope that he is recognized for his excellent customer service skills and wonderful down to earth personality. You can bet he is one of Sansone Jr's assets!!!!!!!!!! and because of him I will come back : )

Things have changed! (at Sansone Jr's 66 Automall)
If you visited Route 66 AutoMall (now Sansone Jr's 66 Automall) in the past like we did,and were not so
satisfied, go back, because things have changed! The focus is on making
you, the customer, happy. After receiving a letter and phone call about
turning in my Nissan lease early, I took a chance and DID stop in,
thinking this was just another gimmick (as I experienced in the past at
this dealership). Well, was I surprised! This new philosophy led to not
only me, but my husband (who had a Honda) turning in our leases early
and getting new Nissans. This no-pressure attitude and aim to please
ethic was refreshing and quite honestly, surprising. We are both happy
new owners of a 2012 Rogue and 2012 Altima for just a few dollars more
than we were spending with older vehicles. As a loyal customer (3rd
Nissan), we were offered a great price and felt satisfied and
comfortable with the cost. We walked out of the dealership feeling that
the "shennaghans" that went on in the past were gone. I know we'll be
going there for service too since their service department was always
great.

Mr. Sansone,
I wanted to send this message to you regarding Dan McGeveran
one of your Auto Mall sales representatives. In a nut shell Dan sold me
my 2010 Nissan Maxima in November of 2010 and I have to tell you that in all
the years of car buying I’ve never felt more comfortable or taken better care
of than I did with Dan. Just prior to my arrival at your dealership I had
a couple of bad experiences with other dealerships and dishonest sales
representatives so to come into your dealership and be greeted and taken care
of by Dan was refreshing. Dan sold me the Maxima with no issues and he really
made me feel like I was a VIP and a relative.
Once the deal was completed my wife and I made the decision
that any future purchases would be made through your dealership with Dan, so
when my latest purchase was on the horizon I came into see Dan
again. As usual Dan was fantastic as well as the supporting staff
at Sansone Jr’s and as a matter of fact I’ll be picking up my new
2012 Kia Sorrento this evening.

Very polite, helpful and listened to what I was looking for
Dear Mr. Sansone,
I am sending this e-mail to you because I want you to know
what a fabulous team of people you have working for you (Sansone Jr's 66 Automall). It's the main
reason I came back to buy another Kia from you.
Let me tell you my story. I purchased a 2010 Kia Forte
last October, 2010. My first car purchase in 25 years because I always
drove a company car which was chosen for me. I was very impressed by
your staff then. They were very polite, helpful and listened to what I
was looking for. I walked out a very happy customer. I've had 2
friends who have purchased Nissans from you since I was there.
Hurricane Irene flooded my Kia Forte and my insurance company totaled my
car. I was devastated. However, I knew I could try to replace my Kia
with you. We walked into Kia and I was greeted by Cathy Traub who
listened to my story and immediately started looking for a replacement.
All I can say is EVERYONE including your Sales Manager and Finance
person went beyond the call of duty! I had a new 2012 Kia Forte within 3
days and I drove it home without paying for it (yet) because my insurance

Never had such a great experience with a dealer before
Dear Paul,
I am on my 10th car and have never had such a great experience with a
dealer before. From my initial call to Christian, I have had nothing
less than caring, honest service from everyone. This includes Nicole,
Mike V, James and everyone there! I had an issue (so I thought)with my
lease agreement and stormed into the dealership today very upset. Poor
James had to deal with the Wrath of Jill..(it’s not fun), however, he
listened to what I had to say and then went above and beyond to assure
me that I have nothing to worry about. He explained in detail the entire
process even though he had his plate full with being short staffed
today. You guys have earned me as your loyal customer..I am NOT easy to
please and to deal with a Car Dealership that is based on honesty and
integrity is simply unheard of. Until now, anyway..I will share with the
world my fabulous (and easy) experience I had with Sansone Jr's 66 AutoMall.

In this day and age, it seems like everyone complains about the bad job that people do. Well, not me. I am not here to complain.
I am here today to let you know about the wonderful and dedicated staff that you have at Kia. They are top notch!. They deserve this recognition!
For the last week, my 19 year old son Justin has visited the showroom many times—he loved the Optima SX on display there.
Joann, his sales rep, was marvelous….She did not get impatient with him nor did she tune him out, since he was only 19----she answered all of his questions on each and every visit, and worked with him every time he went into the showroom—she treated him with respect and kindness each and every time-- and I truly admire her for these traits and her kindness.
On Saturday, I went into the showroom to purchase the car of Justin’s dreams, for Justin, and I had the MOST wonderful car buying experience.
Here is why.
Your staff is welcoming. Your staff is very professional, and not one of them acted like the sharks, that all other dealers employ. Your staff was respectful, kind, courteous and I am soooo happy and honored that I had a chance to meet all of these wonderful people that were there, in the showroom, on Saturday. 866-Rent-2-Own: More then I expected

I have to say that I did not think they would be able to help me. My
credit was bad and I was not able to get help from any other dealership.
After hearing about the rent to own program (866rent2own.com) I still did not believe in
the program. I went there and they actually gave me a car, I was like ok
what is the catch. Well let me say there is no catch. Like they tell
you if you follow the program it works, but you have to do your part. I
did my part. Not only am I a car owner, but it restored my credit where I
was at a 510 to now a 688 after only a few months and my credit score
is still going up. I must say they did more then I expected. Thank you
so much Mr. Sansone Jr., Helene, Michelle, and Donna. I cant forget the
sells man Rudy.

when purchasing a new nissan
Let me tell you about the wonderful experience I had with Nissan Sansone
JR. Auto Mall: The moment I dialed the phone and Chris answered I felt
comfortable with telling him what I wanted and needed he assured me they
would make it happen. He said to come into Nissan showroom and speak to
a salesman. My husband and I arrived at the showroom that after noon
and spoke to a salesman (JOHN). He made us feel comfortable and showed
us the car we could afford and worked within our budget. In a matter of
days John, Sean and all the employees of Sansone had us driving away in a
very nice 2011 Nissan Sentra. The whole dealership made us feel very
welcomed. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had in buying a
car. I even got to shake hands with Mr. Sansone Jr. Never before has
that happen getting to shake hands with the owner of the dealership when
I have purchased a car. Believe me my husband and I have purchased many
cars over the years. It showed me the owner even cared how we felt when
purchasing this car. We will be purchasing another car from them again
and will refer everyone that needs a new car to purchasing their car

This dealer has changed my opinion of car dealers. Everyone I met was so
nice and kind. My salesmen Dan McGeveran was fantastic. The finance
manager I dealt with Keith Jaekels was fantastic also,both were so kind

“How Wonderful I was Treated” at your Neptune NJ Car Dealership
Hello Paul,
I just want to say how wonderful I was treated on February 18th when I
bought my Kia Sorento at your Neptune NJ car dealership. Ok, let me
tell you my quick story.
I wanted a new car (a 7 passenger) because my family out grew of my
old car. (which is still on your lot). There was only 1 problem. I filed
for bankruptcy July of 2009, but it was discharged January of 2010. So
since then I wanted a Kia Sorento, but the bankruptcy wouldn’t let me,
so I waited patiently for about a year.
I started looking the end of last year and beginning of this year. My
first stop was Dealer Name Removed, only because it was right across
the street from my kids dentist. They were trying to work with me for
about a week and couldn’t find anyone to finance me. And they were not
that nice, then I tried Dealer Name Removed in Toms River trying to get a
Veracruise. Again they could not get anyone to finance me for a car I
wanted. They found a 2008 with 35,000 miles on it for $28,000. They said
if I gave them $10,000 I could get a loan for $18,000..so I walked out
of there because I was not going to pay that much money for a car that
was a year younger then my old car and had about the same mileage on
it….
Then on Valentines day I went to Dealer Name Removed which is right
next to my house. They promised me I would get approved for a loan, so I

Courteous and Respectful experience in purchasing our 2011 Nissan

More than Just an Oil Change at Sansone Jr’s 66 Kia’s Service Department
Mr. Sansone,
I am writing you this letter, to let you know the unbelievable
service I received when I brought my 2011 Kia Sorento in for its first
oil change. In particular, the attention and service I received from
Mr. Jim Wade, was exceptional. To make a long story short I recently
moved from Connecticut where I personally owned/purchased 5 new Kia
vehicles. As I have always been very happy with Kia Products, I came to
stay away from the service Department in Connecticut, as I never felt
comfortable or trusting of the Staff I dealt with. I fully intended to
stay away from the Kia Service Center at your establishment as well,
just from past experiences I had in Connecticut.
As my car was up for its First Oil Change, I went to a Mr. Good Lube
where my car’s oil was drained, and the filter was removed, after the
filter was removed and oil was drained I was told that this Mr. Good
Lube did not carry my car’s oil filter in stock. As this was a new car I
was very worried about driving the car once the oil filter seal was
broken. I then reluctantly called your Neptune Kia Service Department,
to have the oil changed. When I called I spoke with Mr. Jim Wade, I
explained the problem I had at Mr. Good Lube, and that I was nervous
about driving the car. Jim was very informative and attentive to what I
was describing and what I needed, I also advised Jim that I was hearing

My Sansone Jr’s 66 Automall Experience with Rent 2 Own Auto
When I heard about the “Rent 2 Own” auto program that Sansone Jr’s 66 Automall dealership in Neptune was offering on TV, I was hesitant to call. Having terrible credit, I was not treated nicely by two prior NJ dealerships that promised me the world. Fighting through my hesitation, I called Sansone Jr’s 66 Automall and spoke with Michelle. From the time I spoke with Michelle on the phone to the time I drove my new car off the lot, I was treated with such respect by the entire staff. I was not used to this with my credit problem. With $600 down, a percentage of your monthly car payment going towards your down payment and being placed by Sansone Jr’s 66 Automall in a free credit restoration program, it is a WIN-WIN situation.
I still can’t believe I have found a dealership where there are no GIMMICKS. Just nice, honest people that want to help you. Thank you Sansone Jr’s 66 Automall in Neptune for giving me the chance to improve my credit and still drive a new car. YOU ARE THE BEST.
